A powerful water based, nonflammable degreaser and cleaner for use on all
surfaces that can be cleaned with water.
Environmental Impact: CitraPro™ contains no butyl solvents,
chlorinated solvents, EDTA, NTA, or other toxic substances.
Applications: CitraPro™ is used to clean films from metal parts,
greasy surfaces such as floors, counters, equipment and all industrial
applications where a nonflammable degreaser and cleaner is required.
Benefits:
• Nonflammable and noncombustible: CitraPro™ will not burn
even when soaked onto rags or other absorbent material. Even the concentrated
product is completely nonflammable. It is the ultimate safety cleaner.
• Non-corrosive: CitraPro™ is non-corrosive to steel and will not
attack aluminum at the standard 1:5 dilution. It is pH controlled and contains
special corrosion inhibitors.
• Highly Efficient: CitraPro™ can be diluted up to 1:25 for
light duty cleaning and will clean greasy surfaces at 1:5 dilution.
• Penetrates and Removes Grease: CitraPro™ works much more
efficiently than typical emulsifier degreasers. It penetrates through the greasy
oil and breaks the bond at the surface. Thus the greasy film is lifted off
completely, and the surface is left clean with no oily film remaining. Just
apply, let it penetrate, and flush the surface clean.
How to Use:
1. Dilute the CitraPro™
according to the surface to be cleaned.
1:5 for heavy duty cleaning, degreasing. Up to 1:25 for light cleaning.
2. Spray on the cleaning solution to thoroughly wet the surface. For
heavy accumulations, agitate with a scrub pad or brush.
3. Rinse thoroughly with a strong water spray.

HotStrip™

A High impact, emulsifyable coating remover for use on surfaces such as concrete
floors, paving blocks, etc. to remove sealers. It can be used indoors or out,
wherever water can be used to flush off sealer.
Environmental Impact:
HotStrip™ contains biodegradable surfactants and non-chlorinated solvents.
Applications: HotStrip™ is used to strip off old or heavy sealer
coatings where ground in soil makes the area look dingy. It can also be used to
remove the most sealers where a color change is desired. In conjunction with
SuperBlue™ it is ideal in renovating and redoing a concrete floor.
Benefits:
• Emulsifying Action: HotStrip™
not only dissolves tough to remove coatings, but the emulsifying action breaks
down the dissolved coating so that scrubbing with water removes all of the old
coating down to bare concrete. Nothing is left behind.
• Fast Action: HotStrip™ will penetrate and soften the old coating in 20
to 30 minutes so that it can be scrubbed up and emulsified with water and
flushed off.
• No neutralizing necessary: HotStrip™ contains no acids or harmful
reactive components. Just scrub up the dissolved coating, rinse it off and let
the floor dry. SuperBlue™ may be applied immediately if there are stains
to be removed or to profile.
• Economical: The fast acting HotStrip™ formula means less labor
and less time wasted. This saves money.
• Stable in storage: Stored in its original container, HotStrip™
remains stable for long periods of time.
How to Use:
*Turn off all pilot lights, flames or any arcing or sparking devices. NO
SMOKING!!!!!!!
1. Apply HotStrip™ by spraying, brushing or pour on and spread evenly
with a squeegee. Apply at approximately one gallon per 150 sf/gal.
2. Allow HotStrip™ to penetrate and soften the coating for at least 20 to
30 minutes.
3. Add a small amount of water and scrub vigorously to emulsify the liquefied
coating.
4. Heavy coatings may require a power scrubbing, or a second treatment.
5. Flush off the emulsified coat, rinse and mop or wet vac.
6. Once dry, the floor is ready for any desired treatment.

SUPERBLUE™

A Penetrating concrete cleaner and renovator that quickly dissolves lime
deposits, scale, rust, mortar, algae and mud stains from concrete interior or
exterior without the dangers of raw Muratic acid.
Environmental Impact: SuperBlue™ contains no hydrofluoric acid, ozone
depleting solvents or heavy toxic metals or chromate.
Applications: SuperBlue™ is the safe replacement for Muratic acid to
clean concrete, tile, brick, and even glass and aluminum frames to remove lime,
scale, excess mortar, algae and stains prior to sealing or acid staining of the
concrete. This product helps to prepare concrete to insure reaction and
penetration of our acid stains. Also insures better bonding of spray textures
and overlay applications.
Benefits:
• The safe replacement for Muratic acid: SuperBlue™
produces no harsh or irritating fumes even in interior areas where raw Muratic
acid produces choking and corrosive fumes.
• Will not burn concrete: SuperBlue™ can be used at full strength on
difficult stains and will not degrade the concrete surface or interfere with
acid staining of the concrete.
• Fast action: SuperBlue™ works fast and efficiently with deep
penetrating action that lifts off stains with a minimum of effort and no excess
product wasted.
• Economical: Because it is a strong surface active penetrate rather than
a harsh strong acid, SuperBlue™ does the job faster, with less labor and
less product. You save all around.
• Will not attack most metals: Most of the metal encountered on the job
will be either steel or aluminum. SuperBlue™ is highly inhibited against
attack on these metals. It will brighten copper and brass, but will not corrode
them if washed off. It should not be used on magnesium, galvanized metal or
stainless steel. Test plastic laminates before using SuperBlue™ on them.
How to Use:
1. Polyethylene or similar plastic sprayers and buckets are recommended
for application. Do not use Nylon brushes. For safety, always use goggles and
protective gloves.
2. Depending on the type of stain or soil, SuperBlue™ may be used
full strength or diluted up to 1:3 with water.
3. Apply SuperBlue™ by brush, spray or dipping. For spray, use a
very coarse spray pattern to avoid inhaling the mist and causing over spray.
4. Allow it to soak for several minutes. Agitate heavy soil or stains
with a stiff broom, then rinse thoroughly with water. Repeat application may be
required on some stains.

GLU-GONE™

A safe, nonflammable water based glue and mastic remover that effectively
softens and removes most types of carpet adhesives and similar glue deposits.
Environmental Impact: Glu-Gone™ contains no chlorinated solvents, butyl
solvents or phosphates and contains only biodegradable surfactants. Low VOC’s.
Applications: Glu-Gone™ can be used on all types of floor substrates that
have glue deposits, and where water can be used in the final rinse. It will not
interfere with the adhesion of new glue or mastics, or the use of coatings or
stains.
Benefits:
• Nonflammable-Noncombustible: Unlike most other glue removers,
GluGone™ is not only nonflammable, but it will not support combustion even
when soaked into rags or mops. It is much safer to use.
• No harsh or unpleasant odors: Glu-Gone™ has a pleasant citrus like
odor.
• Emulsifiable: The Glu-Gone™ formula penetrates the mastic and softens
it with emulsifying action so that after scraping off the bulk of the glue, the
remainder can be easily washed off with water. A water wash will then leave the
floor clean and ready to be re-coated with glue or any other treatment.
• Fast and Easy: Just spray, mop or brush Glu-Gone™ over the
mastic deposits to be removed, and let it penetrate for 20 to 45 minutes
depending on the thickness and type of mastic. When the layer is softened, just
scrape it off and rinse the floor. No further treatment is necessary.
* Where the floor is to be stained, it is
recommended that it be treated with SuperBlue™
to remove any imbedded material in the pours of the concrete.
How to Use:
1. Apply Glu-Gone™ full strength by spray, mop or brush or pour on
and spread with a broom to thoroughly cover and penetrate the mastic layer. For
interior areas, use good ventilation.
2. Allow Glu-Gone™ to soak for 20 to 45 minutes or until the
mastic are easily scraped up. Heavy accumulations may require a second
application.
3. Scrape off the mastic and flush off any remaining residue with water.
4. If the floor is to be stained, treat with
SuperBlue™.
