  Fab-Seal is a clear, non-yellowing, acrylic-based concrete sealer designed to penetrate deeply, giving a long-lasting, hard, decorative finish to concrete surfaces. Suggested uses include: stained concrete, stamped concrete, pool decks, concrete tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, masonry work, brick pavers and stones. Fab-Seal may also be used as a waterproofer, sunproofer and decorative top-coating for masonry roofs and walls. This product must be used in an adequately ventilated area.

  Fab-Seal H₂O is a clear, water-based sealer that is commonly used in areas with little ventilation or in multi-tenant residential units such as condominiums or studio apartments. This sealer gives the concrete a long lasting semi-gloss finish. Fab-Seal H₂O is non-flammable and low in odor. This product can be shipped to the State of California.
